PAYMENTS :

There are no hidden charges and you shall pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you which have never being created from your account, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make such purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 3 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.  You can email us at store email Id – sales.vamainnovators@gmail.com.

 

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has not been disrupted in the process.

 

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, payment shall normally be rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on sales.vamainnovators@gmail.com with your order number for any clarification.

As the items that we sell are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please get in touch with us immediately, along with photographic

evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.

Free Standard Delivery is available for orders over £50.00 in mainland United Kingdom. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Northern Ireland,
Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
 
UK Standard Delivery is £3.99. : 
All orders take up to 2-3 working days and are fully trackable via tracking number. Any order placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Order
after 3 pm on Friday will be processed but will not be dispatched till Monday.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Packages shall generally be dispatched within 48 working hours after receipt of payment and shall be shipped via reputed national courier partners.

Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Our packaging shall be amply sized, and your items will be well-protected from normal wear and tear.

Our courier partners shall be able to deliver the shipment at your specified location only during working days ie between Monday through Saturday and in working hours ie between 9am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or any force majeure.

In case, delivery is not possible or beyond our control, we shall cancel your order and refund the amount paid for the order.
